Starting in December, Pallavi and I hired a personal trainer to come to our gym at our apartment. Natasha is from Russia and she always reminds us about how she forgot to get her certification in counting. She doesn't take it easy on us and that's what we need. For one hour it's an intense workout where we are constantly moving. Our rest period is abs. Not only do we workout, we have taken measurements and cleaned out our refrigerator and cabinets. We mean business this year.

Also for a month now I have been on a water challenge. I've been trying to drink around a gallon of water a day. If you know me, this is huge. I have gone weeks with minimal water, drinking coffee and tea ONLY. For four months I didn't sleep much in Atlanta, so I had to have caffeine to make it through the day. It's a decision I have to make each day and track. Here's my tracking system, very high tech. I haven't missed a day yet, but it has to always be at the front of my mind. I hear your skin will look more beautiful, but I haven't noticed a difference yet. Hopefully the water is doing what it is supposed to do!
