Friday, February 20th

Haley came over for a pre-race pasta dinner since I had leftovers from Tuesday.  Turns out it was supposed to be icing and we flipped a coin and decided against the race.  So, we had pasta and then brunch in the morning instead.  After missing the race and going to a late brunch, we realized the ground was dry!  Oops!

After brunch I headed to get my hair done with my friend Chloe. We met up a little later for dinner!

Bryan came over for a homemade spaghetti meal.  It took me calling all of my family multiple time for help, but I pulled it off.  We had so much fun and finished by making vegan brownies.

Girl's Weekend--Mall of America

I'm glad to say I now go on girls weekend with my mom and sisters and can enjoy myself even shopping. Lots of laughing!  Level Up Girls!

February 11th

Tonight is the last night with Pallavi for three weeks.  She's is heading over to India.  Packing up 4 bags each weighing 70 pounds.  She's got lots of goodies for her family.  Goodbyes are never fun, but three weeks will go FAST!

This was just because it was a funny billboard with a chicken.  You can live without chicken wings, I can't.  Go Vegan!

February 12th

Cafe Intermezzo is right down the street and have only visiting this place twice in 6 months until this week.  I went two times in a week.  Earlier in the week I had a great date for dessert and we didn't even order dessert after 3 hours.  We must have lots to say.  My running friend and I took a night off to eat instead!  YUM!

When your boss lives in Phoenix, you sometimes wake up in the morning to "urgent" text messages from the previous night.  Oops, slept through those. It's always nice to wake up to this message.

Saturday, February 7th:

After a nice 6 mile run in 70 degree weather, Pallavi and I headed to Oysterfest.  We can never coordinate outfits, but today we wore the same thing!  Afterwards, I headed to dinner with my friend Cameron to Yardhouse.  Love that place and love that girl!

After a nice long tennis match, Pallavi and I met up for dinner.  Had a busy day, with church, tennis, walking with my friend Elizabeth, and dinner!

In working at the university, I was able to meet a marketing assistant when I was in St. Louis. She no longer works for the university, but made a special visit to come say hi to me on Monday!

Brian and Cassie are heading to Paris to get married.  Have a  great honeymoon!

Just a natural day hanging in my office!  First intention was going to style my hair different three days in a row (natural, curled, and straight), but that didn't happen.

Aunt Cassie came for a visit.  It's always good to have family close!  She's great at always calling and inviting me to lunch/dinner.

After another tennis loss, my friend Bryan invited me to a Super Bowl Party.  It was great to meet new people!
