Bringing in November with 9 Months

Sunday, November 1st:  No Pictures

Monday, November 2nd:  Pallavi just finished the remodel of her kitchen, so time for a house warming present.

Tuesday, November 3rd

Happy Anniversary!  We had a tennis match scheduled for the evening, but was rained out.  Dinner at Durango's.

Celebrating Moose with the Royals
Wednesday, November 4th

I had to drive to UGA for a tennis match at the indoor college facility. I felt like I was in college again and dug into my roots to pull out a quick victory.

Thursday, November 5th

I have spent the last two days in my car (one for the match, today for work).  The leaves are turning colors.  What a rainy, fall day.

Fall Treats and Halloween

Monday, October 26th

I came to work to find a nice box of treats from the director.

Tuesday, October 27:  Forgot.

Wednesday, October 28:  I was chosen for jury duty.  I waited for four hours until I was selected.  Right when they were trying to decide if we should go to lunch, the judge dismissed us!  Thank goodness.

Also, popcorn tragedy.

Thursday, October 29th

Another sweet treat in the mail from the corporate office.  Now this was just delicious.

Friday, October 30th

It's time to find the perfect pumpkin.  The boys then took that pumpkin on Sunday to the shooting range, there was a sign about a fundraiser at the pumpkin patch.  Good bye pumpkin.  That evening we made some sweet treats. They never turn out like the picture but we have Monster mouths and candy corn pudding.

Saturday, October 31st

I felt this was the first year to trick or treat and so much fun it was!  We had a family costume where we were Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom (Willie and Short round).

Our Friend Hunter

Moose, Duck, Duck, Goose

It's always fun in the postseason of baseball to cheer on a local team. The Royals made it to playoffs (and now we know won the World Series), so Bryan and I caught a game at Buffalo Wild Wings.

Friday, October 23rd

Saturday, October 24th

Haley, Maris, Natalie, and I had a 5k race called Duck, Duck, Goose!  Fun times, especially brunch!

Sunday, October 25th

Hurry, picture of the day.  My guess, he's cookie jamming!

Phoenix Here I Come

It's funny to think I would have to travel back to Phoenix for work, but I had training for a week in Phoenix.

October 19th:
Before I left, I found a lovely present in the mail from my friend Lisa Luke!  Thanks and I can't wait to start reading.

October 20th:
View on my run this morning. I love the time difference so I wake up "later" than normal and still have plenty of time for a run before work.

October 21st:

My friends Joel and Meghan picked me up for a dinner in Downtown Tempe!

October 22nd:  The sweet sight of the plane ready to take me home!

Jenessa Comes To ATL

Jenessa and I met in St. Louis in a running store and from that moment on we had weekly runs. I miss Jenessa so much, so I was super excited when she said she was coming!

October 16:  Late pick up at the airport!

October 17:  Up bright and early for a visit to Ponce City market.  Not much was open so, we went to Krog Market.   We visited Coke and toured Olympic Park before heading to Roswell for lunch and a walk.  We had two dinners where Jenessa got to meet a lot of friends.

October 18:  Morning started at Passion City, followed by an afternoon tennis match. Jenessa got to meet Bryan and Connor.  What a fun, fun visit and thanks Jenessa!
